Office Video Tutorials

The Woopid Video site features free, screencast tutorials on various topics, including Office 2007. The 1-3 minute videos include Beginners Guides and Tips to Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. There are 137 Word videos, 120 Excel videos, and 75 PowerPoint videos.

From the Bundles page can scroll down to the Office section on the right, or use the Search field at the top to locate the tutorials you need.

Learning Office 2007

As we all upgrade and adapt to Office 2007, you might find CustomGuide’s free, 2 page reference guides helpful. They identify the parts of the interface, menus, procedures, and keyboard shortcuts.

First Document Camera Recording

Recently I used the AverVision software that comes with the AverMedia Document Camera CP300 to record a video demonstrating the buttons of the Flip Mino Video Camera. I used Windows Movie Maker to edit the avi file that was created by the AverVision software. The sound quality is a bit lacking, but overall not bad for a first attempt. (I think the microphone on my headset was too close to my mouth.)
