Celebrate the 200th Anniversary of Abraham Lincoln’s Birth with the Lincoln 2009  Project. lincoln1

“There will be 4 activities to choose from:

  1. Your class will send cards to the HUGE celebration in IL. Some cards might be posted on their website.
  2. Students will create a podcast or voice thread about what they have learned about Lincoln.
  3. Students will journal what they have learned or students will write their own “ADDRESS.” Templates for writing are provided.
  4. Students will incorporate PENNYS into a math lesson. Penny trivia as well as counting to 200, counting in 2’s, 5’s, 10’s. Center ideas provided!!”
